These terms apply to Pip Studio Publisher (“the app”), the private publishing tool of the Pip's Dino Diary YouTube channel.
1. YouTube Terms of Service
The app uses YouTube API Services. By using the app, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Your use of Google services is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
2. Who may use the app
The app is not offered to the public. It may be used only by the owner of the Pip's Dino Diary channel, or by a person the owner authorizes, and only for that channel.
3. Acceptable use
- Upload only original content that you own or have the rights to publish.
- By uploading through the app, you certify that the content complies with the YouTube Community Guidelines and all applicable laws, including the children's privacy rules that apply to content made for kids.
- Do not use the app to get around YouTube's limits or restrictions, to upload spam or misleading content, or to access accounts or data that are not yours.
4. Your data
How the app handles Google and YouTube data is described in the Privacy Policy. You can revoke the app's access at any time on the Google security settings page.
5. No warranty
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Uploads, schedules and settings should be checked in YouTube Studio before a video goes public.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator of the app is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from its use, including failed uploads, missed schedules or actions taken by YouTube.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
